Kaelyn leads Office Administration and Finance at Noble Synergy. She manages the operational and financial foundation that supports consistent delivery and a strong client experience.

Her responsibilities include:

• Vendor and contract administration
• Documentation control and workflow management

Before Noble Synergy, Kaelyn spent more than five years in procurement with a global non-profit, working in both English and Spanish environments. She supported:

• International sourcing and fulfillment
• Supplier relationships and negotiations
• Process improvements across complex supply chains

She brings this disciplined, global, process-oriented experience to Noble Synergy, helping the firm stay organized, financially sound, and responsive.

Marketing & Corporate Development

Jenaé leads Social Media and Marketing at Noble Synergy. She ensures that the firm’s expertise is communicated clearly and consistently to a senior, global audience.

Her background includes executive administration, communications, event planning, and social media management. She combines structure and creativity to:
