Global CRE Portfolio Strategy & Transaction Advisory

Sergio Goffi is a corporate real estate and capital programs leader with 25+ years of experience across 60+ markets in the Americas and Europe. He advises senior leaders on portfolio decisions—renew, renovate, relocate, acquire, or dispose—and provides decision-grade guidance that holds up under executive governance and complex operational constraints.

In a prior leadership role beginning in 2015, Sergio served full-time within a major international program operating as a Senior Portfolio & Capital Programs leader. He advised on long-term planning, asset evaluation, acquisitions, and dispositions across an expansive multi-market portfolio, coordinating closely with Legal, Finance, IT, Engineering, Construction, and Operations to align decisions with risk, cost, and operational continuity.

Sergio is known for bringing structure to complex decisions—establishing governance, decision rights, and executive-ready reporting that improves clarity, reduces friction, and accelerates approvals across regions. His approach helps organizations move from ambiguity to aligned decisions and controlled execution.

Noble Synergy’s advisory model reflects Sergio’s operating style: he leads the decision process and orchestrates the right expertise. When specialist diligence is required (planning, zoning, environmental, engineering, etc.), he works through a client’s internal teams and/or external consultants—scoping and coordinating deliverables to produce a cohesive, decision-ready recommendation.

A key differentiator is Sergio’s ability to navigate high-stakes transactions in underdeveloped markets and environments shaped by political and financial instability, regulatory volatility, and sensitive stakeholder dynamics. He has advised leadership through complex negotiations—including expropriations—with a disciplined, ethical approach that protects enterprise value and reputation.

Selected experience includes programs exceeding $100M USD and governance standardization for a 2,000+ property global sale program.

Kaelyn Puzzolo leads Office Administration & Finance at Noble Synergy, managing the operational and financial foundation that supports consistent delivery and a strong client experience—engagement coordination, vendor/contract administration, documentation control, and workflow management.

Kaelyn builds repeatable systems that create clarity, accountability, and consistency—supporting delivery excellence and enabling the firm to scale without losing responsiveness.
Before Noble Synergy, she spent 5+ years in procurement with a global non-profit in English- and Spanish-speaking environments, supporting international sourcing/fulfillment, supplier relationships, negotiations, and process improvements across complex supply chains, with working exposure to import/export considerations.

She brings that disciplined, global, process-driven experience to Noble Synergy to keep engagements organized, financially well-managed, and service-focused.

Social Media & Marketing

Jenaé Goffi leads Social Media & Marketing at Noble Synergy, shaping brand voice, content strategy, and digital presence so the firm’s CRE advisory expertise is communicated clearly and consistently to a global senior-level audience.

With experience in executive administration, communications, event planning, and social media management, Jenaé blends organization and creativity to bring structure to complex ideas and deliver content with clarity and consistency. She supports Noble Synergy’s external presence across channels—website, social, and client-facing communications—so every touchpoint reflects the firm’s standards and credibility.
